My damaged vehicle was taken by the smiling Carl and Ray, two of the most pleasant humans i have ever come across in my life. They exhibited the patience of saints as i asked them to endure a painfully slow vehicle unloading procedure before they departed, cheerfully waving me adieu as they cruised back to Weston-Super-Mare, the land of perfection. The vehicle was returned in due course, shining and beautifully repaired. I shall be recommending Weston Motor Bodies to everyone i encounter in the future.

After a very traumatic experience (non-fault accident followed by catastrophic breakdown in the same journey) and the painful, tortuous and absolute nightmare dealings with insurers and other car repairers that followed, I was pleasantly surprised and felt quite fortunate to end up with my car repair being referred to and picked up by 'the other team' at Motor Bodies Weston. From the off, they were friendly, true to their word, went above and beyond to accommodate my doubly tricky situation and clearly have a good understanding of the meaning and value of good old customer service, which many other businesses seem to have forgotten over time. Not only did they do a great job on my repair, they managed it sooner than expected, rearranged things to ensure I had a courtesy car for the duration and did not put any pressure on me for its return as it was school half term and I had plans which could not accommodate the 2+ hour round trip to return the car.
